The call for papers for the Software-QS-Tag 2018 is now underway

Moehrendorf, 9 February 2018 – Software and IT-based systems are to be developed within an ever shorter period of time at lowest possible costs and with high quality. For this purpose, the QA and testing of the systems have to be automated throughout the entire process. That’s why this year’s Software-QS-Tag is entitled “Continuous ‘Everything’”. The call for papers is out now.

From the tool-supported administration and verification of requirements, through completely automated statistic and dynamic tests to automatic deployment into the target environment: In order to master these challenges successfully, strategies, techniques, tools and best practices for quality assurance and test in continuous integration, delivery and deployment will be presented and discussed at the conference.
About 60 lectures, workshops, tutorials and scientific research reports communicate what’s important for software development. The topic areas will be amongst others “Requirements & (agile) Scaling“, “Testmanagement”, “Testmethods & Monitoring” as well as “Testautomation & Deployment”.
Applications can be sent till 22nd May 2018. The presentations can be held in German or English. This year, the Software-QS-Tag best paper award is again distributed. The assessment takes into account the quality of content, depth and novelty of the contributions and the papers as well as the feedback of the conference participants about the quality of the speeches and presentations.
The Software-QS-Tag takes place on 18th and 19th October 2017 in Frankfurt on the Main, Germany. In its more than 25 years history, it has established itself as the leading conference in the field of software quality assurance and testing in the German-speaking region. There is a new, challenging key issue each year running like a golden thread through all slots of the conference.
