Sydney, January 2019 – contactSPACE, a leading provider of cloud contact centre software and Tier-1 PCI-compliant payment solutions, today announced that Locality Planning Energy (LPE), an innovative Australian electricity supplier, has gone live with contactSPACE.

Beginning life as a Sunshine Coast start-up in 2012, LPE has matured into a growing, publicly-listed company, servicing the Australian market with flexible, affordable energy solutions. For the new year ahead, the senior management team have refined the firm’s strategic plan, leveraging product and geographic expansion as key areas of growth. This expansion requires further development of operational procedures and technology, empowering the business to continue its record of exceptional growth.

In order to enable improved customer experience delivery through its contact centre, LPE went to the market and reviewed multiple software offerings from a variety of local and overseas vendors. contactSPACE emerged as a clear leader - it was ultimately chosen due to the solution’s intuitive design, and the platform’s track record of eliminating operational and technical complexity.

As Julie Brown, Team Leader (Customer Service) explained:
