Fidel`s AGM focus on LangTech and growth

Fidel Softech Ltd, the leading Language Technology (LangTech) company 's 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on August 3, 2023. It was the first AGM after company's IPO in June 2022. The company achieved double digit growth in revenue and profit since it went public. The event marked a significant milestone in the company's journey, bringing together shareholders, board members, and key stakeholders to discuss the company's progress, achievements, and future prospects.

The AGM was a platform to come together and engage in insightful discussions. The meeting commenced at 10:30 AM with an opening address by CEO, Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, highlighting the company's achievements, challenges, and future prospects. The Board of Directors consists of Managing Director Mrs. Prachi Kulkarni and Independent Directors Mr. Girish Desai (Executive Director of PCET), Dr. Apurva Joshi, Mr. Pradeep Dharane participated in AGM. Fidel CFO Mr. Mandar Inamdar, statutory Auditor, internal auditor and scrutinizer were also present.

In the highlights of chairman's speech by Sunil Kulkarni were "With AI, ADAS and new technologies, there is a convergence of Language & Technology consulting and Fidel has positioned itself well. One of the key geographies for us has been Japan geography which has become our strength. The market is ever increasing as language, technology and communication is at core for everything be it how you interact/communicate/customer service / AI and so on. We are thankful to our employees and clients for the growth. We intend to continue to be on the dividend list every year in the foreseeable future.

In today's rapidly changing world, businesses have a crucial role to play, not just in economic development but also in social and environmental progress. Fidel was also involved in various educational, skill development, startup support programs as part of CSR throughout the year. EDARCH, Thinksharp Foundation, Vidyarthi Sahayak Samiti, MIT Incubation center, FORREST were some of the beneficiary NGOs.
