Re:sound L 120 leather speaker series

With the Re:sound L speaker series Revox strikes new and innovative paths for acoustics and design. For the first time the competences of a high quality audio company and a furniture/leather specialist – Team by Wellis of Switzerland – have been unified to develop well sounding and attractive looking “furniture”. The “Ultimate listening experience“ is absolutely guaranteed with the Revox Re:sound L series.

In the last months Revox has focussed on the further optimization of the woofer and midrange drivers which have been specially designed for the new speaker series. New materials and a number of smaller innovations for the optimization of the air gap offer an even more precise reproduction of the sound. This improvement helps to get a warm calibration of the entire speaker.

In the tweeter section Revox decided for the fabric dome tweeter of Scan Speak. This special tweeter offers a very pleasurable reproduction of high frequencies and supports the entire sound calibration of the L series.

The Re:sound L 120 convinces not only by the sound, but as well by the unique and special surface. Revox gave the speaker a surface of real, natural leather. This way of arrangement is absolutely unique and offers new approaches for the integration of a speaker into the interior design of a room as the speaker can be ordered perfectly matching to the sofa.

As material our partner „Team by Wellis“ accepts only leather of young Swiss bulls. They offer a special, attractive texture, which is perfect for the purpose of Revox. The particular way the leather is treated during the tanning process ensures that the quality of the leather remains attractive for a very long time.

The entire concept of the speaker unifies exquisite design paired with outstanding workman ship and a markedly warm and audiophile sound.
Like all Revox products the Re:sound L series is manufactured in the Revox factory in Villingen/Germany. Each single speaker is tested in a special manner and compared to a reference sample.
